After breakfast, we'll depart for Djebel Zaghouan, known for its stunning mountain scenery and the Temple of the Waters. Explore the park's trails, where you might spot royal eagles, snakes, aromatic herbs, and other wildlife. The panoramic views are breathtaking, and you'll visit the ecomuseum and reception center at the park. Dinner and overnight in Kairouan.
Today, we head to Bouhedma National Park, where you'll find vegetation reminiscent of African savannas, with acacia trees and plenty of wildlife. Keep an eye out for antelopes like the Addax and Oryx, as well as various species of gazelles, golden jackals, and other native animals. Bird watchers will enjoy seeing ostriches, skylarks, and other unique species. Overnight camping in the park.

After breakfast, we'll journey into Jebil National Park, a vast desert landscape with rolling dunes and stunning vistas. The park is home to unique flora and fauna, including dune gazelles, fennecs, and the Houbara bustard. In the morning, we'll continue exploring the sand dunes of Jebil National Park. By afternoon, we’ll head back to Tozeur for dinner and overnight accommodation.
Start the day by visiting Tozeur's medina and brickyard. After lunch, we'll explore the mountain oases, known for their waterfalls and rich ornithological landscapes. The scenery is picturesque and offers great opportunities for birdwatching. Dinner and overnight in Gafsa.
Following breakfast, we drive to Sbeïtla, where we'll visit the impressive archaeological site. Here, you can explore the Roman temples and the large thermal baths, along with beautiful Byzantine churches decorated with intricate mosaics. The site is a carefully maintained garden, providing a pleasant atmosphere. Dinner and overnight in Sbeïtla.
Today, we visit Chaambi National Park, part of the central Tunisian Haut Plateaux. The park features a diverse range of plant life, from green oaks to Aleppo pine forests. It's the last Tunisian forest before the desert, serving as an important barrier against desertification. You might spot mountain gazelles, wild boars, and striped hyenas. Next, we'll explore Feija National Park, located in the Kroumirie mountain range, the rainiest region in Tunisia. This cork oak forest is a nature reserve for the protection of the Berber deer. Ichkeul National Park is our final stop. It's a unique wetland with a mix of fresh and saltwater, attracting numerous bird species during their migratory journeys. The park's varied wildlife includes water buffalos, golden jackals, foxes, and otters. Birdwatchers will enjoy the diverse avifauna, from white-headed ducks to nesting raptors. After exploring the park, we’ll return to Tunis for dinner and overnight stay.
